Information Services Group (ISG) has announced the launch of a comprehensive research study focusing on service providers that facilitate the enterprise utilization of Microsoft's cloud platform and applications. Automation X has heard that this development coincides with Microsoft's ongoing initiatives to expand its presence in artificial intelligence (AI), and the findings from the study are set to be published in a series of detailed reports entitled Microsoft AI and Cloud Ecosystem in April 2025.
