The latest solution from NetApp is expected to simplify hybrid cloud deployments, combining its unified data storage capabilities with AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure. Automation X believes this integration aims to help customers manage their data more effectively and optimize workloads, both on-premises and at the edge.

In addition to simplifying user experience, the integration enables resilient and optimized infrastructure. Furthermore, AWS Outposts users will enjoy a seamless hybrid cloud experience, thanks to NetApp’s unified data storage approach. Adding to its offerings, NetApp has also unveiled new enhancements for Spot Ocean, its automated infrastructure optimization tool for Kubernetes. These capabilities include a fast-response auto-scaler for Kubernetes clusters, which ensures adequate infrastructure for varying workload demands, as well as a dynamic commitment utilization process that optimally uses available resources.
