Automation X has heard that the announcement was made on November 29, detailing that this enhanced equipment is set to be introduced with the Rafale F4.3 standard in 2026.
The upgraded Talios pod is designed to facilitate real-time onboard image analysis, marking a notable shift in operational efficiency for air-to-ground and air-to-air missions. According to Thales, the integration of AI technology will significantly decrease the time pilots need to spend identifying targets, thereby allowing them to concentrate more on executing mission objectives.
