Hans Infomatic Hosts Groundbreaking AI Hackathon for Logistics Sector
On the 24th of September, Hans Infomatic marked a significant milestone in the intersection of technology and logistics by organising its inaugural AI-centred hackathon, ‘Algnite..Code The Future 2024’. Held at the Radisson Blu in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, the event aimed to catalyse innovation within the logistics industry through the application of artificial intelligence (AI). The primary objective was to assemble a cohort of developers and industry leaders to explore AI's potential to drastically improve logistical operations, business efficiency, and operational flexibility.
The hackathon witnessed the presence of several notable figures from Hans Infomatic, including the Managing Director, Parvinder Singh, alongside directors Tajinder Kaur and Padma Handa. These key figures provided essential leadership and vision for the event. In his opening remarks, Singh delineated the company’s strategic vision, underscoring the growing significance of AI in the logistics sphere and Hans Infomatic’s commitment to being at the forefront of this digital transformation.
Participants comprised a highly diverse group of adept software developers hailing from various regions. The judging panel included Ankush Tyagi, Software Development Manager at Ericsson based in Austin, Texas, and Jivtesh Singh, Backend Developer at IBM, also from Austin, Texas. These judges scrutinised the solutions based on their innovation and potential impact on logistics processes.

Participants were motivated to explore the utilisation of AI to streamline operations, cut costs, and achieve unprecedented efficiency levels within the sector.
