D-Link Corporation, a prominent global entity in networking solutions, has garnered significant attention at the 2024 TAIWAN EXCELLENCE in TOKYO featuring the GOOD DESIGN AWARD exhibition. This inaugural event, organised collaboratively by Taiwan Excellence and Japan's esteemed Good Design Award, took place from 27th to 29th September at the KITTE Marunouchi Mall in Tokyo. The exhibition aimed to showcase a variety of Taiwan's top-tier products from diverse sectors like electronics, telecommunications, outdoor leisure, and lifestyle, under the central theme of “THE BEST MADE IN TAIWAN.”

In this prestigious setting, D-Link underscored its industry leadership with the introduction of the AQUILA PRO AI series. This series, celebrated for its harmonious blend of performance, design, and environmental sustainability, has been recognised with both the 2024 Taiwan Excellence Award and the 2023 Good Design Award. At the Tokyo exhibition, D-Link provided attendees with an interactive experience of its MS30 AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 IoT Gateway and M30 AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Smart Mesh Router, complemented by the innovative AQUILA PRO AI App.

The AQUILA PRO AI series is aesthetically notable for its “Intelligent White” and “Infinite Blue” colour schemes. The design of the M30 Smart Mesh Router draws inspiration from the speed and power of an eagle, representing rapid connectivity. Meanwhile, the MS30 AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 IoT Gateway takes cues from the sleek design of a spacecraft, acting as the pivotal component of a smart home ecosystem. These devices not only incorporate cutting-edge design elements, such as cooling vents shaped like eagle wings, but also utilise sustainable Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials. This innovative approach challenges the typical tech-heavy aesthetics seen in networking devices, offering a more consumer-friendly and environmentally conscious design.

Technologically, the AQUILA PRO AI series is equipped to handle the central operations of smart homes, thanks to its support for Wi-Fi 6 technology. It seamlessly integrates with smart appliances adhering to the Matter Standard, thus ensuring a stable and compatible smart home ecosystem. Users can manage their Matter-certified smart devices with ease through the AQUILA PRO AI App, enhancing the convenience and intelligence of home automation.

This exhibition represents a significant milestone in the collaboration between Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs and TAITRA, which oversees the Taiwan Excellence Award, and Japan's Good Design Award. It places a spotlight on Taiwan’s innovation and manufacturing excellence, providing Japanese consumers an opportunity to directly interact with and appreciate the superior design and craftsmanship of Taiwanese products. This collaboration is seen as a step towards enhancing the perception of and trust in Taiwanese brands within the Japanese market.

By showcasing the AQUILA PRO AI series in Tokyo, D-Link reinforces its position at the forefront of design aesthetics and technological advancement on an international platform. The company's ongoing commitment to shaping the future of smart living and networking technology is encapsulated in its vision of “One Connection • Infinite Possibilities,” aiming to foster a more connected world.

D-Link, established in 1987 in Taiwan, operates in 90 locations across 43 countries. It continues to offer comprehensive networking solutions across a wide range of sectors, supported by AI-driven cloud management services.
