Juro, an innovative platform specialising in contract automation, has unveiled its latest feature, AI Extract, designed to radically enhance the processing of third-party contracts. This new tool promises to significantly reduce contract turnaround times, even cutting them by half, according to user reports.

The new AI Extract function serves as a sophisticated enhancement, integrating seamlessly into Juro's suite of tools that already includes AI Assistant, a feature that aids in contract drafting and review. AI Extract not only tags and collects data from contracts through a simple drag-and-drop interface but also incorporates unique AI playbooks. These playbooks allow businesses to automate various processes such as approval workflows, validations, calculations, and translations, expediting what can often be a laborious triage process.

Kyle Piper, who serves as a Contracts Manager at ANC, a New York-based sports technology company, shared his experiences with the new feature, noting substantial improvements in productivity. "Utilising Juro’s AI Extract has been an outstanding experience," Piper remarked. "I’ve been able to get twice as many documents processed in the same amount of time, while still maintaining a balance of AI and human review. This AI functionality feels like the next step for intuitive CLM platforms."

The enhancement also fits into Juro's ongoing journey to refine the contract management experience, an effort that has included updates to native Docx-format workflows. This comes after a productive year for the company, which saw it selected as the only contracts solution for the UK’s prestigious Future Fifty programme, an initiative recognising leading high-growth British businesses. Additionally, Juro hosted more than 400 legal professionals at its third Scaleup GC conference and surpassed the milestone of processing over two million contracts through its platform.

Richard Mabey, CEO of Juro, emphasized the importance of adaptability and speed in the contract management field. "Business users should be able to get contracts agreed however and wherever they want," Mabey stated, highlighting various formats like paper, Docx, PDF, or natively within Juro. "It should be accelerated by the most powerful AI at the point of requirement. We’re proud to offer that experience to our customers with AI Extract."

This latest development from Juro solidifies its position as a leader in intelligent contract automation, offering tools that blend technological innovation with practical application, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of contract management for its users worldwide.
