Biamp, a leader in audio visual solutions, has announced a significant enhancement to its product offerings with the certification of its entire range of medium and large room conferencing bundles for Microsoft Teams Rooms. The certification, granted to eight conferencing bundles and five advanced audio processors such as the TesiraFORTÉ and Devio models, marks a pivotal achievement for Biamp, enhancing its portfolio of Microsoft Teams-certified solutions.

The newly certified products are designed to offer businesses robust and high-quality audio solutions specifically for medium and large conferencing environments. These packages feature industry-leading artificial intelligence-driven noise reduction technology, aimed at eliminating distracting background sounds during meetings. In addition, Biamp Launch technology facilitates automatic deployment and optimisation of conference room audio with a simple touch.

Joe Andrulis, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Biamp, commented on the development, stating, “The Microsoft Teams certification of our complete line of conferencing bundles and audio processors notably expands our portfolio of Microsoft Teams-certified solutions.” This expansion includes key models such as the TesiraFORTÉ X series and the Devio SCX series, which incorporate AI noise reduction and Biamp Launch to ensure seamless integration and exceptional audio quality compliant with Microsoft Teams’ rigorous standards.

Certified models include the TesiraFORTÉ X 400, 800, and 1600, along with the Devio SCX 400 and 800. These processors can be paired with Parlé Beamtracking ceiling or tabletop microphones, offering multiple Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) channels that enhance flexibility and customisation for different conferencing environments.

The medium and large room conferencing bundles from Biamp include a processor from either the TesiraFORTÉ X 400 or the Devio SCX 400, alongside Parlé Beamtracking microphones. These microphones are engineered to track conversations throughout the room, effectively making remote participants feel as if they are present. Additional components in these bundles include Desono C-IC6 ceiling loudspeakers, Biamp’s PoE-powered amplifiers, and all necessary equipment for installation, ensuring a comprehensive audio solution.

Biamp emphasises that these bundles offer a cohesive audio experience, with integrated Acoustic Echo Cancellation and advanced AI noise reduction to manage unwanted sounds. Further enhancing the user experience, Biamp Launch automates the configuration process by identifying and setting up system devices, performing tuning cycles, analysing room acoustics, and applying optimal signal processing settings. This automation generates a performance dashboard for easy evaluation before and after the configuration process.

This certification comes shortly after Biamp's medium and large room conferencing bundles achieved Zoom Room certifications earlier this month, signalling the company's sustained dedication to broadening its reach in integrated audio solutions. Each bundle, equipped with the leading TesiraFORTÉ and Devio processors, ensures optimal acoustic performance when paired with Parlé microphones.

In addition to conferencing solutions, Biamp launched its Workplace platform in June 2024. This platform aims to centralise AV system management by combining the features of Evoko Workplace and SageVue. The cloud-based software allows integrators and IT managers to monitor and manage Biamp systems through a unified dashboard, facilitating seamless operation and oversight of AV deployments from any location.

These developments position Biamp at the forefront of innovation in the audio visual industry, reflecting its enduring commitment to enhancing organisational communication through advanced technological solutions.
