These disparities could be attributed to a perceived lack of awareness among women about the relevance of AI upskilling to career advancement, as well as inconsistencies in access to company-provided education resources. To mitigate these issues, HR leaders are encouraged to ensure equitable access to effective training for all employees and actively engage female employees in AI-focused learning paths.
