CubiCasa, an interior property data firm, has announced the launch of its latest technological innovation, the CubiCasa Tour, a tool designed specifically for real estate listing agents. This new product enables the creation of interactive, virtual property tours in a matter of minutes, presenting an efficient alternative to traditional methods.

The CubiCasa Tour utilises advanced software akin to that used in the company's existing offering, CubiCasa’s Floor Plans. The latter is known for generating floor plans rapidly, with the capability to produce them in under five minutes. Similarly, the new tour product leverages property data alongside photographs to assemble an interactive online listing page with notable speed. Early feedback from beta testers highlighted the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of the CubiCasa Tour.

Jeff Allen, the President of CubiCasa, highlighted the challenges faced by real estate agents in crafting engaging home tours, particularly noting the high costs associated with traditional tools and services, such as expensive cameras and production equipment. "Real estate professionals are constantly looking for ways to make their listings stand out, and with CubiCasa Tour, they can now create beautiful, immersive tours effortlessly," Allen stated.

He further elaborated on how the new tool removes the necessity for pricey 360-degree cameras, tripods, and cumbersome subscription services. Instead, the entire process can be achieved with just a smartphone scan and a collection of listing photos. Allen expressed excitement about the potential impact this new tool could have on property listings worldwide and the enhanced capabilities it provides to professionals in reaching potential home buyers.

CubiCasa has outlined a straightforward approach for realtors using this new technology. The process commences with a short, five-minute scan of the property conducted via a smartphone or other smart device. The information from this scan, coupled with supplementary photos, is uploaded so that the artificial intelligence (AI) can begin its work. The AI then constructs an interactive tour experience presented on a separate webpage.

Additionally, agents have the flexibility to integrate segments of the new property tour with existing listings, enhancing their marketing capabilities.

The announcement of the CubiCasa Tour represents another stride in CubiCasa’s innovative ventures. The company recently collaborated with SentriLock, a property management solutions provider associated with the National Association of Realtors, broadening the reach of its Floor Plan and Virtual Tour products to an impressive 500,000 agents. This move highlights CubiCasa's commitment to expanding its influence as the new year approaches.

CubiCasa continues to enhance its offerings through its mobile application, which allows agents to create three-dimensional floor plans simply by scanning a property. Following its acquisition by Clear Capital in 2021, the company now operates within a network of over 30 Multiple Listing Service (MLS) organisations, further strengthening its foothold in the real estate sector.
