Duos Technologies Group, particularly through its subsidiary Duos Edge AI, has announced the ahead-of-schedule deployment of three new Edge Data Centres (EDCs) in Texas. These centres aim to provide much-needed high-speed and low-latency internet access tailored for remote districts, addressing the persistent issue of connectivity among schools and public institutions in these areas.

Utilising a financing partner, the company expedited the acquisition of these facilities, highlighting its capability to deliver Edge Computing solutions rapidly in locations that have been historically underserved. This initiative aligns with Duos Edge AI’s commitment to fostering regional development by ensuring seamless access to modern digital infrastructure.

The three new EDCs have been constructed by Accu-Tech, a strategic partner of Duos Edge AI, and are now fully prepared for deployment. The company plans to use these facilities for specific, pre-identified opportunities and aims to have up to 15 such centres operational and generating revenue by the end of 2025.

Doug Recker, President of Duos Edge AI, expressed his satisfaction with the project’s progress. “Bringing these EDCs online ahead of schedule is a milestone for Duos Edge AI and demonstrates our dedication to equipping remote communities with the infrastructure they need to thrive,” he said. He also extended gratitude to the financing partner and Duos's internal finance team for facilitating the agreement that supported the swift installation of the centres.

This initiative seeks to enhance the digital transformation in Texas by March 2025, providing critical technological support to previously neglected regions. Duos Edge AI’s rapid deployment model demonstrates its ability to extend scalable Edge Computing solutions across varied sectors, thereby creating adaptable infrastructure systems to meet the dynamic needs of rural markets.

The rollout of these facilities is a significant step in digital infrastructure development, promising a new phase in accessibility and technology integration in strategic areas across Texas.
