Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, has announced strategic leadership changes aimed at bolstering its delivery of AI-enhanced cognitive ERP solutions. The company, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is orchestrating a transition in its leadership team to further its commitment to innovation in the "make, move, and sell" industries worldwide.
Effective February, Vaibhav Vohra, who currently serves as Epicor's Chief Product & Technology Officer, will take on the additional role of President. Vohra will inherit the duties of Lisa Pope, who has served as President and Chief Revenue Officer since 2017 and is set to retire in February 2025. Vohra will remain responsible for overseeing the company's product strategy, development, and design. His expanded responsibilities aim to drive innovation and enhance the digital transformation efforts for Epicor’s clientele.
In conjunction with Vohra's appointment, Scott Morgan has been named as the new Chief Revenue Officer. Morgan, whose previous positions include senior sales and management roles at Infor, Zebra Technologies, and LevaData, will oversee the sales operations across the Americas, as well as global services and recurring revenue teams. His appointment is a pivotal part of Epicor's restructured leadership intended to strengthen the company's focus on customer and revenue growth.
Epicor has also promoted Arturo Buzzalino to the position of Chief Innovation Officer and Group Vice President. Buzzalino is tasked with advancing the company's AI-centred product development, leveraging Epicor’s AI centres-of-excellence. His role will be critical in integrating strategic AI technologies into Epicor’s operations, as the company continues to focus on AI innovation.
