Garda World Security Corp. (GardaWorld) has announced its strategic decision to acquire Stealth Monitoring, a provider esteemed for its innovative commercial mobile and fixed video monitoring security solutions. This move aims to bolster GardaWorld's technological offerings and expand its global footprint in AI-enabled remote video monitoring systems.

This acquisition is set to significantly enhance the capabilities and value propositions for customers, utilising the strengths and state-of-the-art technologies from both entities. GardaWorld, through its ECAMSECURE platform, aims to combine its resources with Stealth Monitoring’s pioneering video monitoring systems to position itself as a global leader. The acquisition was described as a vital step in forming an unrivalled leadership presence in North America for mobile and fixed video monitoring solutions.
