Avacta's technology is witnessing a notable expansion with the introduction of two promising preclinical programmes: AVA6103 and AVA7100. AVA6103 is a cutting-edge pre|CISION-enabled PDC that incorporates exatecan, a potent topoisomerase I inhibitor renowned for its efficacy in tumours. This drug conjugate is engineered to deliver its anti-tumour effects precisely to the tumour site, aiming to reduce collateral impact on healthy tissues.
