The discussions revolved around promoting equitable access to technology in education, featuring innovations such as interactive anatomy screens and new collaboration tools aimed at reshaping how education is delivered both in K-12 environments and higher education institutions.

The day concluded with Gary Kayye and Carl Harvell from AVer discussing AI's role in administrative cost reduction through AI camera tracking in videoconferencing networks. They investigated how AI could foster learning equity in hybrid and HyFlex classrooms.

In parallel, Experiential Tech Day during LAVNCH WEEK X also offered a series of sessions, particularly highlighting advancements in immersive technology. A panel titled “Crafting Immersive Journeys: Experience Design in the Audiovisual Realm,” featured key insights from industry veterans such as Steph Beckett, Marcos Terenzio, Jackie Walker, and David Title. The speakers discussed the significance of user-centric design and creating multi-sensory experiences that were accessible to broader audiences, including those differently-abled.
