Scheduled for a rollout beginning in early 2025, MLS PIN will introduce several AI-powered tools provided by Restb.ai, a leader in AI-powered computer vision solutions for the real estate industry. The first of these features includes the Listing Auto-populate from photos with Advanced Image Tagging and the innovative Listing Remark AI Generator.
Erminio Grasso, President and CEO of MLS PIN, expressed enthusiasm about the advancements, commenting on how these AI tools enhance their proprietary Pinergy technology, ensuring it remains a leader in real estate innovation. According to Grasso, the integration of safe and time-saving AI technologies will significantly benefit real estate professionals in New England and New York.
The upcoming Listing Auto-populate tool is designed to streamline the process of property listing for single-family homes. This feature allows real estate agents to automatically create listing content by uploading property photos. These images are analysed to identify and tag key features, such as interior and exterior elements, room types, and architectural styles. The information is then automatically populated into corresponding fields in the Pinergy listing input form, with captions and ADA-compliant alternative text generated for each photo.
Coinciding with this, the Listing Remark AI Generator will be embedded directly within the Pinergy interface. This tool utilises AI to craft optimised and compliant public property descriptions by reading data from listing inputs. These AI-generated descriptions can be customised with varying language styles and tones to suit different property types.
