She advocated for leveraging AI's capabilities in the early stages of a startup to expedite learning and product development. Yin argued that early-stage companies should prioritise speed over optimisation, even if it means revisiting and refining earlier work as the company evolves.

However, she emphasised that the primary focus at the seed stage should not be about streamlining but rather about experimentation and discovery.
